Nowadays lots of us decide to start real sport lifestyle. How many of us do jogging in the morning before work or school? Probably hundreds, even if we don^t do any sports there are lots of people around us interested in doing sports and we can observe them jogging, riding their bikes, going to swimming pool or practicing gymnastics and so on and so forth. The proper nutrition is also an important matter for our health and when we eat wrong food when we do sport the efforts we put may be useless because first we need to feed our body with that proper substances that help in doing sports and regulating everything in our body.
